These are mainly used for heat treatment of Al alloys with water quenching and precipitation hardening furnace. These furnaces are vertical pit type with lift and swing type top cover with air circulating fan to give high degree of temperature uniformity. Temperature control is automatic by High – Low or star – delta or through thyristor heater control module to suit specific process requirement.
